What does Instagram management with Viral House cost?

That depends on how much you hand over: ads only or the whole account, how often we produce on location and whether ads are added. Instead of a flat fee, we work out your package in the free intro call. What generally determines the cost is explained in our guide What does social media marketing cost?.

Do you really take care of everything, including comments and messages?

Yes, community management is part of account management. We reply on your behalf following guidelines agreed with you and only pass on what you need to decide yourself.

Can I hand over just the ads and do the rest myself?

Yes. That is exactly what the ads management model is for. We take care of campaigns, audiences and optimisation, your organic presence stays with you.

What do your city channels do for my account?

Reach you don't have to buy. Content from your management can also run on our city channel for your city, for example @berlin or @munchen_stadt. That way you are seen by people who don't follow your account yet.

How quickly will I see results?

Individual reels can work early on. Reliable growth in followers and enquiries usually comes from three to six months of consistent management. We deliberately do not guarantee follower numbers.
